2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next business day.
During high-volume periods (sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and will always aim to get your order out as quickly as possible.
3. Delivery Time & Rates

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery status.
5. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please reach out to our support team at info@360grip.co.uk. We’ll investigate the issue and assist you in resolving it as quickly as possible.
6. Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. 360 Grip is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you realise you made an error, contact us immediately — we’ll do our best to help if the order hasn’t been shipped yet.
7. Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us at info@360grip.co.uk within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We may request a photo of the damaged item(s) or a written confirmation of non-delivery for resolution.
8. Customs and Duties (Ireland)

Orders shipped to the Republic of Ireland may be subject to customs duties or taxes. These fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
