Returns and refunds will only be given in the event that a product is both faulty and unworn.
To keep your socks in excellent condition you should wash them inside out in a cool cycle with similar colours. Avoid using fabric softeners or bleaches as these can damage the grips and fabric. Ideally air dry as heat can weaken the silicone grips.
